How to edit Handdn review

Maybe you changed your mind or remembered something you left out. Maybe you no longer want to share your experience. Whatever your reasons, you can always edit or delete a review you wrote on Trustpilot.

Trustpilot reviews are user-generated content, so it’s up to the person who wrote and owns the review to edit or delete it. If you’ve had a change of heart, or just want to update what you’ve written, here’s how to edit or delete your review.

Edit your service review

1. Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner. Log in with your account details.
2. Under your user icon in the top right-hand corner, select My Reviews from the drop-down menu.

1. Find the review you want to edit. At the bottom of the review, click Edit.

1. Edit your review. You can change your star ratings and your review text. If you’re updating the review, we recommend indicating that the review is updated in the body of the text.

1. Click Submit updated review to publish the changes.

Edit a product review

1. Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner. Log in with your account details.
2. Under your user icon in the top right-hand corner, select My Reviews from the drop-down menu. Select the Product Reviews tab.

1. Find the review you want to make changes to, then click Edit. A new window will appear - click Edit review.

1. Edit your review. You can change your star ratings and your review text. If you’re updating the review, we recommend indicating that the review is updated in the body of the text.

1. Click Submit updated review to publish the changes.

Note: Product reviews that date back to more than 1 year can no longer be edited.

Delete your review

Note: If you delete a review, it's gone for good. We can't recover it, so make sure that’s what you want to do.

1. Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner. Log in with your account details.
2. Under your user icon in the top right-hand corner, select My Reviews from the drop-down menu.

1. You can filter by Service Reviews or Product Reviews. Find the review you want to delete. At the bottom of the review, click Delete.

1. In the dialog box, click OK to confirm.

It’s also possible to be given the opportunity to edit a review by our Content Integrity Team if it’s been flagged for violating Trustpilot's Guidelines for Reviewers (US users, UK users). They can’t edit a review on the owner’s behalf, but they can remove it if the owner doesn’t edit to make it compliant.
