How to insert Quick Release Spring Bars
1. Line up the spring bar with the notches on the watch case.
2. Insert one end of the spring bar into the notch on one side of the watch case.
3. Press down on the other end of the spring bar, compressing the spring.
4. Insert the other end of the spring bar into the notch on the opposite side of the watch case.
5. Release the pressure on the spring bar, allowing it to expand and secure the strap to the watch case.
How to remove Quick Release Spring Bars
1. Locate the small pin on the underside of the watch strap near the watch case.
2. Use your fingernail or a small tool to press down on the pin.
3. While pressing down on the pin, gently pull the strap away from the watch case.
4. The spring bar should release from the watch case, allowing you to remove the strap.
