First, you need to prepare 2 straight pieces of paper then use tape or mark at both ends, consider this piece of paper as a watch strap.
Attatch both pieces of paper into your watch...
... and buckle.
Then wear it on your wrist. If it doesn't fit, continue adjusting until you reach the desired size.
Finally, use a ruler as in the video to measure 2 pieces of paper and record the measurements.
